Our mission is to provide the highest quality psychiatric and behavioral care in order to meet the needs of the children, families and guardians we serve. At Laurel Heights, our greatest asset is our caring staff who work as a team to address the individual needs of each child who enters one of our programs. Our staff is selected not only for their professional competence, but also for their ability to understand and relate to children with significant mental health, developmental and behavioral difficulties. In order to facilitate family involvement in treatment and frequent contact, we make every effort to accommodate family schedules and needs. It is important to us that families and case managers are fully informed of and feel comfortable with the care their children receive.
